What this site does

Knoxville HVAC Services, run by the site operator, is a free referral service. It connects people with independent HVAC contractors. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.

No guarantee of service

We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available for your area, that they will arrive by a certain time, or that they will take your job. Coverage depends on which contractors are taking calls.

Contractors are independent

Contractors are separate businesses. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We do not guarantee their work, prices, licenses, insurance or conduct. Check these yourself before you hire anyone, and get the scope and price in writing.

Information on this site

Our guides give general information about heating and cooling systems. They are not professional, legal or engineering advice. Follow the instructions of emergency services, your utility companies, equipment manufacturers and the professional who inspects your system.

Emergencies

If there is a risk to life, fire, a gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm or electrical danger, call 911 or your utility company first. Do not rely on this website in an emergency of that kind.
