How we use it
- To pass your request to an independent HVAC contractor so they can contact you about it.
- To confirm that calls and requests reached a contractor, and to bill the contractor or call network for them.
- To keep the site working, secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your details to data brokers, and we do not use them to send you marketing about other products.
Who we share it with
We share your request with the HVAC contractor or call network that handles your area, and with service providers that run our forms, phone routing and hosting. Each business that receives your details is responsible for how they use them after that, under their own privacy policy.
Phone calls and texts
When you send a request, you agree that the contractor handling it may call or text you about that request. You can tell them to stop at any time. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts.
How long we keep it
We keep request and call records for as long as we need them to handle billing and disputes, and then delete them. Ask us if you want your details removed sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the contact details on our contact page. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Children
This site is for adults dealing with home or business heating and cooling problems. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
